Emelia emigrated from her motherland country of Ghana –West Africa to USA with nothing but dreams of a better life and education. She overcame many challenges, including near homelessness but stayed determined, focused, and worked hard to pursue her dreams. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Humanities. She’s received many awards, featured in a documentary movie, TV, and magazines.After several years working in the corporate sector, she realized she was not fulfilling her passion and purpose of mentoring and coaching people to reach their fullest potential. She’s committed to use her life experiences to empower and inspire others to pursue their dreams. By drawing from her personal and professional experiences, she uses practical principles and strategies to coach her clients to break through barriers that stops them from pushing through to make their dreams become a reality.
She’s compassionate and has a big heart of giving and helping those in need. Emelia Adjei Foundation (EAF) has partnered with two organizations in Africa to make a difference and an impact in the community. EAF provides monthly food drive, clothing & toiletries to the needy. The foundation serves the youth through mentoring, coaching, training to acquire skills and knowledge to be productive. EAF motivates and empowers the youth through seminars and free resources to broaden their knowledge and perspective on life.Emelia is driven, authentic and a down to earth person. She’s constantly reinventing herself and setting new goals. Her hobbies are reading, organizing and enjoying the outdoors. She’s thankful and humbled by the opportunities and blessings God has given her. Her mission is to inspire, inform, transform lives and make a difference in her community and the world.
